Meanwhile, the operation of the Bien Hoa – Vung Tau expressway, which shortens travel time to the center of Ho Chi Minh City to just over 1 hour of driving, and metro line No. 3 (Vung Tau - Ba Ria - Phu My), if implemented as planned, will open up a breakthrough connection axis with the port cluster and Long Thanh International Airport.
