Rapid handover, the Sun Symphony Residence complex facing the Han River officially 'lights up'

Handed over just 2 years after launch, towers S1, S2, S3 of the Sun Symphony Residence complex have started handing over keys to the first residents. This rapid progress creates a solid launchpad for the newly launched Symphony 5 tower.

In May, buildings S1, S2, S3 of the Sun Symphony Residence complex near the Han River are successively handed over to customers 2 years after their launch. These magnificent buildings reflecting on the Han River demonstrate the construction progress as well as the transparent legal status of the investor Sun Group.

Overwhelmed with emotion upon receiving the "dream" apartment with her own eyes, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hue (Hanoi) said, "extremely satisfied with Sun Group's progress. The apartment meets all my preferences: it overlooks the park, the swimming pool, and even the Han River". After receiving the house, she is starting to complete the interior in May to be ready for rent during the fireworks festival season. However, before putting it into long-term operation, she and her family will experience the first days as residents of the Han River: "The apartment is for vacationing. The landscape with mountains and rivers is very livable, so the future cash flow will be very good", she assessed.

The urgent move to complete interiors by investors like Ms. Hue is completely justified ahead of the boom in Da Nang tourism. During the Ancestor's Commemoration holiday and April 30 - May 1 alone, the city led the country with 1.46 million visitors (up 35%); of which international visitors reached 621,000, 2.5 times higher than Hanoi and 3.3 times higher than Ho Chi Minh City. Accommodation demand along the Han River is forecast to continue to surge thanks to the heat of the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival (DIFF) taking place from May 30 to July 11. Bringing the apartments into operation at the end of May is a strategic move to timely welcome this huge influx of customers.

Besides tourists, the formation of Free Trade Zones (FTZ) and International Financial Centers is helping Da Nang attract a long-term, stable stream of visitors. This includes international experts and freelancers from South Korea, Japan, China, Europe, and the United States. Possessing high spending power, this intellectual community particularly favors prime living spaces, conveniently connected to high-class amenities.

Therefore, apartment complexes along the Han River are always fiercely sought after. For example, apartment rental prices at The Panoma, part of Sun Cosmo Residence, are currently recorded at 18 million VND/month for a Studio apartment, 25 million VND/month for a 1-bedroom+ apartment, and up to 42 million VND/month for a 2-bedroom apartment.

Chau Ngo, an overseas Vietnamese living in Australia, is renting a 2-bedroom apartment at the Panoma 1 tower for 42 million VND and is completely satisfied with his current living space. Sharing about his decision to choose a place with a higher cost than the general average, he said: “Although the rent is about 20-30% higher than other apartments, in return, you get many things: a good location, guaranteed security, and excellent service quality. Therefore, I think the price is completely worth it”.

In the context of the central land fund adjacent to the Han River bank becoming increasingly scarce, the tower Symphony 5 quickly attracts capital flow. As the final piece of the Sun Symphony Residence complex, the project has proven its appeal with 1,669 bookings at the launch event on May 17. The project is currently being constructed day and night to adhere to the set schedule.

Located right by the Han River, Symphony 5 tower boasts a "5-in-1" panoramic view encompassing the Han River, Dragon Bridge, My Khe Beach, Thuan Phuoc Bridge, and the city center. This location offers residents the privilege to fully enjoy the DIFF fireworks, while also providing convenient access to the administrative center, Man Thai Beach, Danang Downtown entertainment complex, and the international airport.

To meet the stringent standards of experts and multi-generational families, the investor has integrated an ecosystem of 20 resort-standard internal amenities such as a gym, spa, swimming pool, along with a yoga area and sky garden on the 27th floor. The tower also benefits from a full 19,000m2 of adjacent ecological space with a 10,000m2 sports park integrating pickleball courts, basketball; a 4,000m2 riverside park; a 5,000m2 central park; and a modern marina.

The handover of buildings S1, S2, S3 has breathed new life into the entire Sun Symphony Residence complex, providing Symphony 5 apartments with the ability to generate profit immediately upon handover. Coupled with the scarcity of land along the Han River, the "final piece" is expected by investors to maintain stable rental income and good price appreciation potential in the future.
