Defining the "golden spot" for tourism
From a suburban resort island, Singapore's Sentosa Island has gradually become a tourism icon thanks to the "destination living" model – a place where accommodation, entertainment, festivals, and night experiences blend into one. Among these, the Wings of Time water show at Siloso Beach has almost become a "tourist ritual" with millions of visitors each year. The displays of fireworks, lights, music, and water performances not only create visual effects but also extend stay durations and promote night tourism spending, enhancing the value of the entire hotel-resort ecosystem in the area.
Looking towards Vietnam, this model is gradually emerging in prime tourist destinations.
In Da Nang, the area along the Han River has for many years been not just a place to stay, but has become an "experience hub" for tourists with the DIFF International Fireworks Festival, artistic shows, night entertainment spaces, and a continuous chain of restaurants and bars. According to records, high-end apartments are attracting tenants with exorbitant rental prices ranging from 20 to 42 million VND per month.
Meanwhile, in Phu Quoc, the entertainment ecosystem created by Sun Group in the South Island is also creating a clear change in accommodation behavior. Tourists can freely experience spaces connecting resort – festival – cuisine – island exploration all within a few steps. The "sleepless city" always maintains an average occupancy rate of up to 80%.

In the category of "golden coordinates" for Vietnam tourism, Cat Ba cannot be missed. According to the Department of Culture and Society of Cat Hai Special Zone, in just two days, April 30 and May 1 this year, Cat Ba Island welcomed nearly 70,000 visitors, an increase of about 40% compared to the same period last year. Many tourists even joked, "it feels like meeting the whole country in Cat Ba".
In the stream of tourists flocking to the Jade Island of the North, the ecosystem at the central bay city Xanh Island developed by Sun Group Corporation is becoming a "magnet" attracting visitors with the bustling VUI-Fest night market, Sun Bavaria Cat Ba – the only restaurant in Cat Ba with a swimming pool and a private beach, street performances inspired by the legend of “Saint’s Island” with impressive “land envoys”, along with fireworks parties weaving colorful pictures across the sky.
Meanwhile, visitors can still admire the "1,001" natural landscapes bestowed by nature in the heritage bay, enjoy unique experiences in Lan Ha Bay, go kayaking, trek through the national park, or visit the ancient Cai Beo fishing village.

Whether in Vietnam or around the world, the commonality of "golden tourist coordinates" is their ability to retain visitors with an experience ecosystem operating almost 24/7. When a destination continuously increases "reasons" for tourists to stay longer, the accommodation value is also enhanced accordingly.
Thanh Long – the missing "last piece" of Xanh Island
"In 2025, Cat Ba is expected to welcome about 1.3 million high-end international visitors. Tourism is developing strongly, but the supply of apartments has not kept pace. Currently, there are only 2 to 3 5-star standard accommodation facilities on the island. This is a modest number compared to the development potential in the coming time", shared a representative from Sun Property (a member of Sun Group).
The presence of the Thanh Long tower is expected to meet the demand for high-end apartments which are currently in short supply. The tower is located in a private, secluded location – an element increasingly valued by the high-end resort guest segment. However, just a few steps away, residents and visitors can still immerse themselves in the system of amenities and the festive lifestyle at the heart of the bay.

This very location creates a special 'dual-layer' experience: during the day, enjoy the marine ecological space amidst the heritage bay's nature, and at night, immerse yourself in the vibrant festival atmosphere.
Thanks to the advantage of 'back against the mountain, face towards the sea', the tower boasts three bay-facing sides, opening up a rare, wide view of Lan Ha Bay. From the apartment balcony, owners can fully admire the sunrise over the sea, the sunset behind the limestone mountains, or the brilliant fireworks display by Cac Ba Beach.
Inside the tower, amenities such as an infinity pool, sky garden, spa, sauna, gym, kids club, ballroom, and co-working space continue to extend the resort experience. Meanwhile, outside is the entire "experience city" of Xanh Island, operating continuously day and night.

Amidst the still limited supply of high-end accommodation in Cat Ba, the emergence of Thanh Long not only adds a resort option for tourists but also quenches the "thirst" for coastal cash flow apartments among investors.
"The demand for apartments in Cat Ba has existed for a long time, but it was not until the appearance of well-planned products with clear ecosystems, like those at Xanh Island, that cash flow truly found a place to "anchor". That is why the Thanh Long tower is being sought after by investors," shared Mr. Pham Trung Hieu - General Director of Four Home Group Joint Stock Company.
