Three reasons why Sun Group’s Cat Ba apartments are attracting strong investor nterest

Prime location, optimized design and a diverse amenity system are the key factors helping Xanh Sky apartments, part of the Xanh Island resort complex, capture the attention of investors seeking sustainable returns.

In late May, an event hosted by Sun Property (a member of Sun Group) introducing the Xanh Island Central Bay City project attracted more than 1,000 customers and investors. Among the product lines presented, Xanh Sky apartments stood out thanks to their advantages in location, design and long-term operating potential.

According to experts, from a commercial operation perspective, such diverse and premium views help increase occupancy rates and nightly rental values, making them a decisive factor for guests willing to pay higher rates.
“We do not simply develop Xanh Sky as a resort apartment product, but place strong emphasis on commercial operation efficiency,” said a representative of Sun Property (a member of Sun Group). Owning a central location with multi-directional views of the sea, mountains, plazas and fireworks allows the apartments to achieve some of the highest operating values in Cat Ba.

Optimized design for dual use

Xanh Sky apartments are designed to serve both resort living and hospitality operations. Each unit features a ceiling height of 3.5 meters, maximizing natural light and ventilation to create an airy atmosphere. Balconies with a width of 1.2 meters are ideal for outdoor relaxation spaces. Apartments are delivered fully furnished (excluding electronic appliances) and equipped with smart security systems such as Wi-Fi connected door locks and QR code access, ensuring convenience for both owners and guests.

A Sun Property representative said the developer aims to build an integrated ecosystem of resort, experience and commercial services, with Xanh Sky positioned as one of the core products.
“The project is expected to meet both personal use and commercial operation needs, while also expanding investment opportunities in the northern Vietnam real estate market,” Sun Property stated.
