Vung Tau
Blanca City is a model coastal urban development spanning 96.6 hectares, developed by Sun Group in the heart of Phuoc Thang Ward, Vung Tau City. Positioned along two major arteries — 3 Thang 2 Boulevard and the bustling Back Beach (Bai Sau) coastal strip — the project is master-planned on an "All-in-One" model, creating a fully integrated ecosystem of Living, Resort, and Entertainment.
The architecture strikes a refined balance between French and Portuguese influences and the distinct identity of Southern Vietnam, giving the development a visually rich and character-defining coastal cityscape.
Blanca City is backed by a comprehensive amenity ecosystem featuring a nearly 1km private beach, a beachfront shopping mall, a collection of international 5-star hotels, premium education and healthcare facilities, 8 internal parks, 3 floral boulevards, and an arts plaza. The project offers a diverse product mix ranging from high-rise complexes (8 Beacon towers and 6 Blanca towers) to low-rise standalone villas and townhouses in Iberian-Mediterranean architecture.
Adjacent to the development is Sun World Vung Tau – Aqua Adventure, a water park featuring nearly 20 modern rides, further cementing Bai Sau as a premier entertainment destination.

At the heart of the project stand eight Beacon Towers, rising prominently like lighthouses — symbols of enlightenment and prosperity. These towers evoke the historic lighthouse built by the French in 1862 in Vung Tau, serving as a timeless reference to knowledge, guidance, and maritime heritage.
Six Blanca Towers, inspired by the form of sails stretching toward the open sea, embody the spirit of exploration once carried by elegant French vessels and powerful Portuguese ships. Among them, three towers draw inspiration from French architecture, featuring refined and graceful lines, while the remaining three reflect the essence of Portuguese design — free-spirited and fluid, reminiscent of the historic voyages departing from Lisbon across the oceans.
