Da Nang
The centerpiece of the project is an outdoor stage and grandstand with nearly 20,000 seats, directly facing the Han River and the fireworks display area. Modern infrastructure allows the stage to not only serve the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival (DIFF) but also host large-scale international music festivals, cultural events, exhibitions, conferences, and MICE events.
Within the overall project, a 47-story (approximately 183m) commercial and service building will integrate a hotel, serviced apartments, a shopping mall, restaurants, a ballroom, and other high-end amenities. The accommodation ecosystem is expected to be managed by Accor, offering the experience of enjoying fireworks from a resort setting.
The project also includes investment in parks, greenery, riverside landscaped areas, public spaces; undergrounding the 110 kV power line; and completing the area's technical infrastructure, transforming Sun Galaxy Complex into a new cultural, recreational, and community space along the Han River.
