The project features 346 villas (detached, semi-detached, and quad-attached) across three sub-zones: Tropical Wellness, Tropical Park, and Tropical Valley. Wrapped in three layers of nature — garden, forest, and beachside woodland — it evokes the feel of a secluded tropical village.
