Xanh Island Central Bay City on Cat Ba Island, developed by Sun Group, spans nearly 50 hectares and commands a rare "center of the center" position — backed by mountains and facing Lan Ha Bay. The project is envisioned as a green tourism destination, cultivating an eco-friendly living environment with lush internal parklands and environmentally conscious transport infrastructure.
In summer 2025, the development launched its Central Park and Cat Ba Beach — nearly 1km long and the largest beach on the island. The area quickly became a vibrant hotspot, drawing visitors with the VUI-Fest night market and, most notably, the Symphony of The Green Island — a world-record-breaking jet ski and fireworks show produced with a total investment of nearly VND 200 billion.
The project offers two core product lines: Xanh Sky high-rise apartments and Xanh Boutique commercial townhouses, featuring 293 one-of-a-kind designs.
